YC1322玻璃異形磨邊機用于圓形，橢圓形及異形玻璃的圓邊，鴨嘴邊，斜邊進行磨削、拋光，它采用了真空將玻璃吸附上,電機驅動轉盤旋轉或單獨驅動盤上的一個獨立衛(wèi)星轉盤旋轉，轉盤轉速可在工作時任意調(diào)整，本機利用氣缸也可對簡單開狀異形玻璃進行半自動磨削，磨削周邊時，可安裝三個磨輪進行粗磨、精磨、拋光，磨削斜邊時，可以安裝碗型磨輪,將磨頭向后傾斜，調(diào)節(jié)斜面角度，以端面加工切削。
